Strategy integration: three clocks + time management + book appendices

Decision

The study plan now runs ON the knowledge base. Sources: the informe-integral (Downloads) and the time-management system (time slots, transactional/lateral/ reactive work, three-line close). The Downloads/compendium.md was a STALE snapshot of the old branch — superseded by the regenerated study/compendium.md (210 topics vs 157).

What lives where (query path)

• study/informe-integral-ruta-estrategica.md — the canonical strategy doc (three clocks, Mercadotecnia Digital 2026 annotations, technical route fases 0–5, critical theory, China geopolitics).
• study/discovery-log.md — the three-line close per work slot. KEEP APPENDING; the book picks it up automatically as Appendix F.
• Graph nodes (12 new): three-clocks, time-boxing, work-slots, evidence-log, agentic-commerce, geo-aeo, first-party-data, technological-sovereignty, late-capitalism, digital-dispossession, commons-governance, unipolar-to-multiplex.
• content/projects/sin-tesises.md — the simulation project (grants empty for now).
• lib/curriculum.mjs → strategy section (Part 13 of the book).
• scripts/book.mjs → Appendix E (strategic documents) + Appendix F (discovery log).

Workflow for a discovery

1. Work a time slot; close it in study/discovery-log.md with the three lines.
2. When a discovery matures → turn it into a node (npm run node:new / stubs) or enrich an existing one; then npm run book && npm run build.
3. Sources of nodes can point at local paths (study/informe-integral-...md#anchor) — they render as links in the app.

Gotchas

• agentic-commerce/geo-aeo have tags [ai-systems, strategy] → they land in the AI Systems section (first-match-wins), NOT the strategy part. Intended.
• The compendium is derived — never hand-edit study/compendium.md (only .html is regenerated too; both overwritten by npm run book).
• Strategic docs with short expiry (scholarship calls, Chinese market data) are flagged inside the informe as hypotheses — verify before citing formally.
