1. horoscopos-mx

What: Análisis del Efecto Forer en horóscopos de periódicos mexicanos (El Universal, Milenio, Excélsior). Question: ¿Los horóscopos son tan genéricos que aplican a cualquiera? Stack: Ruby — Nokogiri + HTTParty (scraping), TF-IDF + cosine similarity (NLP), Sequel + SQLite, Gruff (charts), Thor (CLI). Status: Functional CLI pipeline (horoscopos todo -d 7). Scrape → analyze → report → charts.

2. knowledge-factory

What: Personal knowledge OS — local-first, sovereign, no cloud LLM on user data. Stack: Python 3.12+ — Typer (CLI), httpx, SQLAlchemy + psycopg + pgvector (Postgres), feedparser + BeautifulSoup (RSS/web), rapidfuzz (dedup), python-frontmatter, Rich. Integrations: Supermemory sync (now disabled), RSS collectors, Obsidian bridge. Status: v0.1.0. Has collectors, workflows (daily), integrations, and Obsidian export.

3. soap-landing

What: Landing page for “Vela Soap Co.” — modern handmade soap brand. Stack: Single index.html. Light/dark theme, refined editorial aesthetic (green accent palette). Status: Complete static landing. Design exercise / portfolio piece.

Decision: Supermemory disabled (2026-09-05)

Commented out all Supermemory config in OpenClaw:

• openclaw.json: plugin enabled: false, memory slot renamed to _memory_disabled, API key removed from secrets allowlist.
• .env: SUPERMEMORY_API_KEY commented out.
• Supermemory server was at http://[IP]:6767 (System76 box).
• knowledge-factory still has Supermemory collector/sync code — not touched, just gateway config disabled.
